USSM Standard Terms And Conditions

U.S. Solar Mounts attempts to provide the absolute best shipping prices possible for you. Many of the products you can purchase from U.S. Solar Mounts must be shipped LTL Freight. Any products that are over 150 lbs will be shipped LTL Freight.

After an order is placed and your items have been shipped, a U.S. Solar Mounts Customer Service Representative will contact you with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Order times vary between 24 to 72 business hours Monday through Friday for in-stock items. Some items are made to order, such as Adjustable Ground Mount Kits. Lead times for these products will be listed on the product page and confirmed after placing an order.

We ship our products anywhere inside the United States of America. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. If you have a PO box or an address that we are unable to ship to, we will contact you and try to arrange shipping to a local mail outlet or the closest LTL terminal available.

We may change our shipping method for any non-freight, small items at our discretion. If this is the case your shipping priority post remains the same. For example, if you purchase "2-Day FedEx", we may use the same delivery time of "2-Day" from UPS or others. Once your item is processed, prepared for shipment, or shipped, we will not cancel free of charge, and therefore you would be help responsible for all applicable shipping costs and a mandatory 20% restocking fee. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, if this were to occur it would likely be due to an error of pricing, availability or otherwise.

Receiving Shipments

Most ground shipments, and all freight shipments will require a signature from you or an authorized representative on your behalf to obtain goods from the carrier. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your order before signing the receipt of delivery. We advise that you should carefully inspect the packages for any damage. Please make a not of any damage to the box on the delivery receipt. You may mark on the delivery receipt "concealed damage possible" if the delivery driver cannot or will not wait while you conduct your inspection. We urge you to contact us regarding any damage within 24 hours of your delivery, as we must file a claim with the shipping provider to successfully ensure insurance obligations are met with the company.

Please be aware that many of the products for sale through U.S. Solar Mounts can be quite large and heavy. Unloading equipment is very helpful for Solar Racking orders and Solar Lake Aerator orders over a certain amount. However, all orders can be unloaded by hand. This may take longer than the allotted time given by the delivery truck. If any limited access fees or overtime fees are charged to us by the shipping company because of this, these charges will be passed on to you as soon as we are made aware of these fees.

Make sure to account for all the item you have purchased, contact us if the contents of your order differ from the order you places from us through our company. If a shipment is refused you will be responsible for any restocking fees (20%), plus all the shipping costs will be your responsibility.
